I would say that this boat has been taken care of, with no signs of neglect. It will need a tri-axle trailer with brakes. It has normal wear and tear for a 15 year old boat. The hull shows no sign of running aground . There is some bottom paint missing in front of the hulls but it is believed by putting boat on trailer.
